- The product is no longer required.
- Incorrect product or quantity was ordered.
Once the cancellation request is approved, the payment refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched:
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customers may need to receive the product first and then request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
- Return eligibility will depend on the product category and condition.
4. Cancellation by Taza Tech
Taza Tech reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including:

- Payment verification issues.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
- Delivery limitations in certain locations.
- Any other unavoidable circumstances.
If an order is cancelled by Taza Tech, the customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
5. Refund After Cancellation
For approved cancellations:
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For payments made through Cashfree Payment Gateway, refunds will be processed through the same payment channel.
The actual refund time may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment service provider.
6. Cancellation Charges
- No cancellation charges will be applied if the order is cancelled before shipment approval.
- If an order has already been shipped, applicable shipping or handling charges may not be refundable.
